This is a wonderful alternative to the local lodging in the area. It is like a B&B without a B! It is a BNB (Bed NO breakfast). This is the perfect place to be where you may be totally independent. The house is located in the heart of Greenport Village, which is the central town for Long Island Wine Country. Everything is walkable, and we welcome our NYC visitors without cars. Being Greenport, we are truly focused on being Green. You may arrive here by Hampton Jitney, or the Long Island RailRoad. We are within walking distance to the Shelter Island Ferry, and just 8 miles from the New London-Orient Point ferry, so even our Boston visitors can visit us without a car (Boston-New London via Amtrak right to the New Lonfdon ferry terminal). Of course, our guests with cars are also very welcome
